Locations he required access too and understood the complexity of the home. He ensured all areas remained tidy and removed all tools when no linger required. The engineer fixed the problem uickly. However twice there were automated messages postponing the appointment.
Arrived on time. Respected property. Gave advice on issue with aerial and wall mounting a TV to a plasterboard wall. Quotes were provided for work within minutes.

The service was absolutely incredible! I called at around 1pm and we had a new aerial by 4.30 pm on the same day! We had a lovely engineer called Peter who was extremely considerate. I would highly recommend.
